The District of Fort St. James is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to construct and install approximately 530 meters of 6 inch water main, 2 hydrants, 4 valves, multiple tee’s, couplers and other associated parts along Resort Hill Road, starting at Stones Bay rd./ Resort Hill intersection and continuing down road for approximately 530 meters. The proponent will be responsible for the excavation, construction and installation of all components within scope, as well as compaction of road base in preparation for paving.
