The Project Generally Consists of Removal of Existing Roofing Materials, Installation of a Standing Seam Metal Roof System, Flashing Work, Fascia and Decking Repairs, Replacement of Up to Ten Rafter Tails, and Related Improvements. The Town of Bramwell is Accepting Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors for Replacement of the Roof System at the Town's Train Depot Building. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by Either: -a Bid Bond, -a Certified Check, or -a Cashier's Check, As Bid Security Acceptable to the Town. The Successful Bidder Must Be Properly Licensed and Insured and Comply With All Applicable State and Federal Requirements. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Informalities, and Award the Contract in the Best Interest of the Town as Permitted by Law. Questions deadline: 10/5/26 at 4:00 PM
