Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Westport, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Site work and septic system installation for the Wakeman Town Farm Barn. Provide all site work per site drawings C- 1.0 - C-3.0 prepared by LandTech, except roof drains and related Coltec units, are boy others. Removal and re-installation of any fencing as required is to be included. The following work will be provided by others under a separate agreement with the owner. The entire new building structure Installation of all erosion control measures including the silt fence Installation of all cultic units and associated underground piping for the roof drains Temporary electrical service All building demolition Question Deadline 09/14/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions in regards to the bid shall be submitted in writing to bwatson@westportct.gov
