Extend the driving lane from the northeast corner of the current parking lot to extend around the ambulance station and connect the east side of the building to create a "drive thru" option for the ambulances entering the building. Additionally, will be adding two garage doors to the existing east side of the building to allow new access for the vehicles entering the building. All architectural drawings, civil engineering plans, and questions will be submitted to Kraig Rollings of Archimages. Contact information below. *Contractor(s) to submit material samples for approval by the architect on record prior to purchase and installation. *Contractor to list pricing for all utility investigations and changes, permits, inspections, excavation, irrigation, construction\building modifications, electrical, equipment purchases, plumbing, and all finishes to have a project that ends with an approved occupancy permit. Trash container placement can be stored in the parking lot once contractor(s) has been selected. (*Placement can be discussed once the project is awarded for more efficient removal of debris after job is awarded.)
