The Regency Parkway Reconstruction Project generally consists of demolition and removal of the existing roadway, sidewalks, and curbs, the construction of new integral curb with new concrete roadway pavement, storm improvements, sidewalks, driveways, a mid-block crossing with RRFB and street lighting throughout the improved roadway corridor along Regency Parkway between Zumbehl Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2026 Edition, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, offers, or proposals submitted, or to advertise for new bids with the MoDOTs concurrence. The City reserves the right to defer the acceptance of any proposal and the execution of a contract for a period not exceeding one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of opening of the bids. The successful bidder to whom the contract has been awarded shall sign the contract and performance bond and other required certificates in triplicate and return the signed documents within fifteen (15) days after the date of their receipt.
