Purchase and installation of a fence replacement at Pitsenbarger Park. To furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise necessary for the fence replacement at Baseball Field # 3 in Pitsenbarger Park located at 1421 South St., Piqua, OH 45356. Remove and dispose of existing fencing materials. Provide the following: Furnish and install an 8' tall, 8-gauge, black vinyl coated chain link fencing, including tension wire along the outfield keeping the current distances from home plate. Furnish and install a 4' tall, 8-gauge, black vinyl coated chain link fencing, including tension wire along the first and third baselines keeping the current distance from the baselines. Furnish and install a 4' tall, 8-gauge, black vinyl coated chain link fencing behind home plate, keeping the current distance behind home plate and including a tension wire and an extra rail and 16' tall netting above the chain link. Furnish and install one (1) 4' tall x 16' wide gate along the first base line keeping the placement where it is currently located. Furnish and install red plastic fencing toppers for safety on all chain link fencing. Concrete should be added to all of the posts behind home plate, gates, entrance points, corners and all posts as needed to ensure fencing is sound and durable. With a one-year warranty on workmanship and a 10-year warranty on materials. Please provide estimated time of installation if awarded this project on page 2. Working hours for this project shall be between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
