Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of the replacement of catch basins and the installation of concrete curbing, drive approaches, sidewalk, and truncated domes at radii and other miscellaneous locations along the streets having pavement work completed. Electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates of Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Piqua, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. This Project is subject to Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding Prevailing Rates of Wages. Project terms and bid requirements are available at https://piquaoh.gov/bids.aspx and at www.bidexpress.com for Bidders' reference. No Bidder shall withdraw their Bid after the actual opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and accept any Bid that is deemed by the City to be most favorable to the City.
