Site work and paving for a road / highway in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the planing of asphalt, adjustment of manholes and water valves, and the placement of an asphalt surface course and pavement markings on various streets throughout the city. Electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Plans are available through Bid Express, and bidders must have free registration to review and print all project plans. An electronic signature is required, along with a per-bid fee or a monthly subscription fee for submitting an electronic bid. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Piqua, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. This project is subject to Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding Prevailing Rates of Wages. Project terms and bid requirements are available for reference. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and accept any bid deemed most favorable to the City.
