Renovation of a municipal facility in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The city is seeking bids from qualified masonry contractors for masonry repairs at the Municipal Government Complex located at 201 W. Water Street, Piqua, OH 45356. The scope of work includes repairs to the chiller/generator paddock and additional masonry repairs around the facility. All work must be completed by October 30, 2026. The paddock measures approximately 27'-4" x 43'-7" with a height of 8'-9" and includes a 19'-4" opening. Work includes: removing and disposing of all damaged brick; furnishing and installing replacement brick matching existing and approved by the Project Manager; removing and replacing deteriorated and damaged mortar joints; cleaning out joints at cap blocks and repointing with new mortar; cleaning and sealing both sides of the paddock upon completion of repairs; and removing and refilling expansion joint material with appropriate masonry isolation joint material. These repairs apply only to the brick masonry portion of the paddock.
