The City of Piqua, Ohio is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified planning consultants or firms for the update or replacement of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The current plan, Plan It Piqua (2007), serves as the long-range planning document for the community and will be replaced with a modern, implementable plan to guide development through the year 2040. Interested firms are required to submit a complete qualifications package electronically, following the specified naming and submission requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, methodology, qualifications of key personnel, and strength of references, as detailed in the Selection Criteria section. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive irregularities, and negotiate with the highest-ranked firm in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the City.Written responses will be provided via addendum and posted by March 20, 2026. Only written addenda issued by the City shall be considered binding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
