Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Albans, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Design and construction of a new performance stage at Bay Park. The stage shall be approximately 300-400' square feet of surface area, which includes a 6'x 8 ' and 12" tall removable raised drummer's platform. All below grade work will be completed by the Town; the selected contractor will specify the location and number of concrete piers for installation by the Town. The Town will prepare the stage footprint (i.e. stone and fabric subbase.) The bottom of the stage shall be at least 2 feet above the ground surface, which is intended to be above the high lake level in the 2011 flood. The stage shall have a roof that covers the entire stage and 2' (or more) beyond the outer edge of the stage and further in front. The stage shall have a back and side for protection from wind and rain. The stage shall consider placement and location of wiring but will NOT include any electrical work. Electrical work will be the responsibility of the Town. No peaked roofs. ADA compliant ramp. The Town will demolish and remove the existing stage.
