Engineer's Estimate: $1,579,334 - $1,930,297 General park rehabilitation including construction activities governed by city standard specifications and technical provisions. Description of Work: The work includes, in general, preparation for the installation of a new prefabricated restroom on north side of the park, installation of new ADA compliant ramps with stairs to access the field level on both the north and south sides of the park, removal and reconfiguration of the existing ramp and staircase areas, a new trail on the north and east sides of the park, field upgrades including new LED lights on the existing poles and bollard trail lights, bullpen upgrades, new scorer's tables, new batting cage netting, and a new park entry fencing, gate, and signage. Landscaping will be included on the south side staircase. New construction of concrete will include curb & gutter, sidewalk, retaining wall, and staircases.
