Comprehensive professional design services including evaluation of existing conditions, development of construction drawings, bidding assistance, and construction administration for facility improvements including asphalt replacement and extension, exterior wall patching and sealing, gate and window replacement, and LED lighting upgrades. The School District is seeking proposals from a qualified design firm to provide comprehensive professional design services for the design, development, bidding, and construction oversight of multiple facility improvement projects. The selected firm will work closely with District representatives to evaluate existing conditions, confirm project requirements, develop appropriate designs and specifications, prepare complete construction drawings and bid documents, assist the District throughout the contractor bidding and selection process, and provide construction administration and project oversight through completion. The anticipated project and preliminary construction budgets include: existing parking lot asphalt replacement; extension of the existing parking lot with new asphalt; exterior wall patching and sealing; parking lot gate replacement; window replacement; bus office roof replacement; bus office interior lighting LED upgrade; and garage interior lighting LED upgrade.
