Documents are available at https://secure.cinet.ca/project/info/786134a0-ac7a-11f1-9fa8-8f8415906646 Scope of Work This building occupies PID 10075281; Obtain all necessary permits and approvals including a Demolition Permit from the Town of Woodstock; Disconnect and cap all utilities; Supply the Town of Woodstock with proof of Automobile Liability Insurance for all vehicles used in execution of the work; Supply the Town of Woodstock with proof of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance acceptable to the Town and subject to a minimum limit of two million dollars per occurrence, with a maximum deductible of $2,500, in the name of the contractor with the Town of Woodstock listed as additional insured; Demolition of all structures Remove the building foundation Remove and dispose of all debris in compliance with environmental regulations; Abate and dispose of hazardous materials if present; Protect adjacent properties and buildings; Backfill and grade the site to a safe and level condition with the adjacent roadway; and Clean up and sweeping municipal right-of-way of debris from the demolition operations; Provide erosion control measures as required; This work does not include additional topsoil or hydroseeding.
