Reference Number NB-2026-13 The Town of Woodstock invites qualified and experienced demolition contractors to submit proposals for the complete demolition and site clearance of the property. Complete demolition and site clearance including demolition of all structures, removal of foundations, utility disconnection and capping, debris removal and disposal, hazardous material abatement if present, protection of adjacent properties, site backfilling and grading, erosion control measures, traffic control when required, and cleanup of municipal right of way.
