Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in King, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; theater / auditorium; and library.
Upgrades to the Multi-Purpose Room, Library, and Theater including window glazing film, flooring replacement, accessibility improvements, hearing loop installation, main building entrance ADA upgrades, and door hardware replacements. This project will upgrade the multi-purpose room, library, and theater located in the marden center on the king veterans home campus. The improvements to the multi-purpose room and library include window glazing film, flooring replacement, and accessibility improvements that will allow these areas to be Used for displaying exhibits for the wisconsin veterans museum. Improvements to the theater will include adding a hearing loop and accessibility upgrades. Additional improvements to the marden center would include upgrading the main building entrance to meet current Ada standards. Doors around the Building will receive hardware accessibility improvements. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
