Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
City of Peachtree Corners (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for design and construction administration for an approximately 0.50 miles of new sidewalk along SR 141/Peachtree Parkway. The project will close two existing gaps in the Citys pedestrian network by connecting sidewalks between Engineering Drive and Scientific Drive, and between Triangle Drive and Peachtree Corners Circle. The project will also include associated improvements such as grading, curb and gutter construction, sod replacement, and safety rail installation where warranted. Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification 09/30/26 4:00 PM Last day for addendum publication 10/02/26 4:00 PM Questions about any aspect of the RFQ, or the project, shall be submitted in writing to James Nguyen, the Communitys point of contact for questions, via email to jnguyen@peachtreecornersga.gov. The Community reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs or Technical Approaches, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the Community. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
