Question Deadline 09/25/2026 Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Owner's representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid. The Project consists of curb, sidewalk, and driveway replacement where required, ADA ramps, roadwaybase repair where required, and milling, paving, and striping. All work on this contract must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Curb, sidewalk, and driveway replacement, ADA ramp installation, roadway base repair, milling, paving, and striping. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
