Renovation of a military facility in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove and replace the existing hydronic boiler, including associated components, control programming and integration, commissioning, and onsite system operating training. Work includes complete removal of the existing boiler system, installation of a new hydronic boiler and related components, integration of controls, system testing and commissioning, and training of onsite personnel to operate the new system. No more questions will be answered after 09/16/26. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Base North Bend, 2000 Connecticut Ave, North Bend, OR 97459. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to remove and replace the existing hydronic boiler in the McAdams Building at Base North Bend. The contractor must perform to the standards in this Scope of Work (SOW) contract. Any questions regarding scope of work must be directed to the Contracting Officer.
