The City of Arvada has been awarded four grants to improve several intersections along W 80th Ave. The W 80th Ave Signal Improvement project is seeking a consultant to design traffic signal improvements at 11 signalized intersections along West 80th Avenue. This combined project is part of the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). The City of Arvada has identified the following improvements as appropriate that would improve the overall safety and traffic operations along West 80th Avenue. This project will be partially funded by Federal funds through Colorado Department of Transportation; therefore, respondent must comply with applicable federal regulations and CDOTS standards and specifications.
