The Perry County Fiscal Court (County) is seeking proposals from consulting engineers for professional engineering services on the ASP Road Project. The County is seeking the technical assistance of a qualified engineering consulting firm to assist them in the development, planning, design, and construction of roadway and drainage infrastructure, including crushed stone base, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk improvements, roadway excavation, storm sewer improvements, erosion control, and associated infrastructure to provide access to five new homes being constructed for flood survivors through Appalachian Service Project. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
