Construction of a Potable Water Deep Well approximately 1,350 feet deep, including steel casing installation, grouting, well development, disinfection, and installation of a 650 gpm submersible well pump and pitless adapter. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond. QA date - 10-6-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the documents in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids.
