Renovation of a military facility in Dauphin Island, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Removal and lawful disposal of three existing water heaters, expansion tank, recirculation pumps, valves, piping, insulation, fittings, and miscellaneous debris. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment , tools , transportation, permits , and incidentals necessary to remove and replace three ( 3 ) existing commercial water heaters and associated plumbing components . Work consists of replacing two (2 ) approximately 120 -gallon commercial water heaters located in the unit utility/mechanical room and one ( 1 ) approximately 85 -gallon commercial water heater located in the kitchen utility closet . Any questions regarding Scope of Work to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Jeremy.j.gawlik@uscg.mil copy Clarence.henshawjr@uscg.mil no later than September 17, 2026, 3:00 pm CST or the question may not be answered.
