Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Dauphin Island, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work covered by this Section includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, and labor to perform the mechanical or hydraulic dredging and disposal of the dredged material as herein specified or directed by the Department of Conservation (Owner). Dredging activities shall be in accordance with the state and federal requirements. A. This work shall include, but is not limited to: a. Transportation and disposal of dredged materials at the Owner-specified disposal site. (See attached map) b. Removal, separation, and disposal in an approved permitted off-site location of non- organic and organic woody debris encountered during dredging operations. c. Adhering to all requirements of approved disposal sites. d. Provide Pre-dredge survey. e. Provide Post-dredge survey. Dredging, trucking and general marine construction. Bonds: $10,000 Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
