1 . The scope of work generally includes the construction of a new addition (approx. 15,000 sf +/-) containing 8 classrooms, 4 SGI, CST Suite, OT/PT, Behaviorist, restrooms, and a single classroom addition. The work also includes renovation work to 4 classrooms, Resource Room/suite , restrooms, and a mechanical upgrade throughout. Additional site work, modifications to the existing building, and all other associated work as specified and shown on the drawings. Question Deadline 10/06/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Ambiguities, errors, or omissions noted by bidders together with all questions and requests for clarifications pertaining to this Request for Bids shall be submitted via e- mail to the attention of the Architect via email at info@fkarch.com All necessary bid specifications and bid forms may be secured upon written request to the Architect, FKA Architects, 306 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland, NJ by sending an email to info@fkarch.com, by calling FKA Architects at 201-644-0505, or Online.
