The Work to be performed under this Contract includes constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following a. Removal of the existing coatings for areas to be re-coated. b. Surface preparation of the areas to be re-coated. c. Application of new coating systems 1) Interior wet surfaces - remove all coatings and apply new system . 2) Interior dry surfaces 3) Exterior surfaces . remove all coatings and apply new system. remove all coatings and apply new system. Raising the existing obstruction light above the antennas. Install weather stripping on all access hatches (incidental). Coordinate with antenna companies on impacts of working around antennas or temporary removal. Contractor responsible for all coordination and costs.
