Scope includes a 6,300 sq ft single-story administration building, a 10,200 sq ft pre-engineered metal building, 61 parking spaces, material storage yard, a small pump house, and three 60,000-gallon fire-suppression tanks The project includes a new customer service center,on site well and group b water system on site septic system on site stormwater system electrical service, diesel backup generator on site fire suppression: 120k gal water storage, pumps, and hydrants storage yard and parking lot.
