Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
A single bid is required for the project including alternates on the same bid form to include all General, Mechanical, Electrical and associated work. Project Building Description: KITTCOM wishes to have built, a 60 x 60 metal , pre-engineered, maintenance and radio repair building. The building will be used to install and repair radios including work on emergency vehicles. The building will be built in unincorporated Kittitas County at 700 Elmview Rd for permitting, mobilization and sales tax reference. The building must: Include a center work area with two bays that can accommodate apparatus that are 40' in length, 10 in width, 13in height and weigh 75,000 pounds. Be ADA compliant. Have finished concrete floors. Include two exterior metal man doors. Be built to meet or exceed Kittitas County building, mechanical, fire and life safety, electrical and plumbing codes. KITTCOM reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed best for the Owner and to waive any informalities. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the hour set for receiving the bids, or before the award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days. After bid award, the successful bidder will meet with KITTCOM to sign contract documents.
