Renovation of office space including construction activities as part of an airport facility upgrade. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.Interior office renovation consisting of private offices, collaboration space, conference room, and breakroom area. The renovation incorporates improvements to the exterior envelope including additional exterior wall treatment, high-performance coating, as well as reroofing with a new membrane and additional insulation , The base bid renovation includes an area of approximately 12,200 square feet. The building is Type IIB construction and consists of occupancy classifications A-3 and B. The existing building is slab on grade with a pre-engineered structure.
