Riley Road Roof Replacement Remove existing roofing to decking and install new shingles and gutters SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Remove existing shingles down to original decking Replace decking and fascia (aluminum wrapped) where necessary with appropriate size and grade Install 6' of ice and water shield on eaves and 3' on rakes and valleys Install new drip edge, flashing, counterflashing, pipe boots, synthetic underlayment starter shingles, and 30 year architectural shingles and ridge cap All shingles to be installed with high wind nailing pattern Install new .032 gauge seamless commercial white 5" gutters with reverse curve gutter guards, with .019 gauge 3"x4" leaders Gutter hangars to be installed at 16" increments Contract Term: Within 30 days of receiving the purchase order Method of Award: This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Hudson Valley DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest the lowest combined price for the roof replacement, as per the scope of work plus the additional requested pricing of A or B or C + D + E + F (see below) for the total project price: A - Provide and install 4' x 8' x 1/2" CDX Plywood (1) B - Provide and install 4' x 8' x 5/8" CDX Plywood (1) C - Provide and Install 4' x 8' x 3/4" CDX Plywood (1) D - Provide and Install 20' of 1" x 8" Fascia Board E - Provide and Install 20' of Aluminum Fascia Wrap F - Provide and Install 20' of New Vinyl Triple 4" Solid Soffit G - Provide and Install 20' of New Vinyl Triple 4" Vented Soffit Attendance will be recorded. Please be sure to sign the sign-in sheet (provided by the Maintenance staff conducting the site visit). The sign in sheet is a separate entity from the resident visitor's log. When signing in, be sure to check the project name listed on the sign-in sheet to ensure you are recording your attendance correctly. Failure to do so will cause out to be ineligible to submit a quote. There are no exceptions. Please write clearly for corresponding purposes and make sure you include an email address and phone number where you can be reached. Late arrivers at the site will not be allowed to sign in, participate, nor submit a quote for this project. If you are unable to attend either day, you will not be able to schedule a site visit for a different time. Hudson Valley DDSO reserves the right to reject any quote which does not reflect the correct prevailing wages in accordance with the provided wage schedule. Tabulation of quotes will be posted to the listings on NYS Contract Reporter along with the award.
