Reference number: 20170859 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-09-25 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Description Without being limited to it, the work consists of: - The organization of the worksite; - Site safety; - The installation of signs for barriers and detours; - Environmental protection; - Surface and groundwater management, including pumping; - The maintenance of the temporary network in place for domestic waters; - Site protection, including deforestation; - The disposal of excavation surplus; - The installation of discharge pipes; - Cleaning and testing of pipes and structures; - The commissioning of equipment; - The development and repair of turf, sown and pebble bed surfaces; - The renovation of the premises. The work also includes all related work required to complete the work according to the plans and specifications. The Contractor is also responsible for: - The study and implementation of execution methods, including shoring when required; - The planning, organization, direction and control of the execution of the work in order to ensure that it is consistent with its intended use and executed according to the rules of the art; - The study and establishment of site facilities and temporary works; - The supply of equipment and materials of all kinds, necessary for the complete and compliant execution of the works and supplies covered by the contract; - Health and safety prevention on the construction site and compliance with current laws and regulations; - The location of the work; - The quality of the work carried out, the performance testing and quality control to ensure that the work carried out complies with the plans and specifications and to demonstrate it. Delivery schedule The contractual duration for the completion of all work is 40 working days. The discharge pipe must be operational by November 27, 2026, at the latest.
