Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hastings, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Installation of new playground equipment, new playground surfacing, and associated site improvements. This project requires a complete turnkey playground replacement. The Contractor shall provide all playground equipment, demolition, footings removal, surfacing, installation, and sitework necessary for a fully functional and compliant playground system. Equipment shall be commercial-grade, age- appropriate for Grades K-6, ADA compliant pieces, and compliant with ASTM and CPSC standards. There are a few items that will remain in place and will be noted on the plans. Removal of all other existing playground equipment will be performed by the Owner. The Contractor shall submit design and pricing proposals structured around three independent, all-inclusive budget tiers: 1. Tier 1 Base Bid: Maximum budget of $ 500,000.00 2. Tier 2 Base Bid: Maximum budget of $750,000.00 3. Tier 3 Base Bid: Maximum budget of $ 1,000,000.00
