Renovation of an educational facility in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Electrical switch gear and sub panel replacement, including structural work to replace and resize an exterior door. Bidders pay $42.00 for On-line Submittals Project Scope: Replace the existing electrical distribution equipment by removing the 480V fusible switchgear MSB-H, associated transformer, and 208V fusible switchgear MSB-L, and installing new 480V circuit breaker switchgear, a standalone transformer, and new 208V circuit breaker switchgear. The project includes reconnecting existing feeders, utilizing the existing cable trench, and installing infill covers where the new equipment footprint does not fully cover the trench. The scope also includes removal and replacement of the electrical room's interior and exterior doors, enlargement of the exterior door opening to accommodate equipment installation, installation of panic hardware on both doors, and restoration of affected building finishes. Existing electrical room fireproofing and fire-rated assemblies impacted by construction will be repaired or restored to maintain code compliance. Question submitted to Architect.
