Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Modify and replace existing 480V, 300A motor control center (MCC) main section with new 600A MCC main section at the Decant Building; replace 25 kV load-break elbows and fault indicators within existing transformers, switches, and underground vaults; install concrete aprons at various underground vault locations. Staging will be allowed on TMWA premises. The Contractor shall schedule and coordinate staging with TMWA Representative and return all areas to pre-existing conditions or better prior to closeout of the Project. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to provide their own means of securing and insuring materials and equipment stored on TMWA property. TMWA shall not be responsible for or liable for theft, loss, or damage to Contractor's materials and/or equipment while stored on TMWA property. TMWA has pre-existing Easements and/or owns the property to construct the new improvements within the property Question Deadline 10/02/2026 at 2:00 PM PT The Engineer's estimate is: $99,000 - $121,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
