Outdoor lighting and renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.
Upgrade existing interior lighting to energy-efficient LED lamps and install occupancy-based lighting controls throughout designated interior area. Replace selected exterior lighting fixtures with LED technology, as identified in the Line-by-Line (LXL) scope of work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the LXL Scope Schedule document. Keystone and/or Lutron or Owner approved equal. Contractor's Licensing It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license group: Specialty License C2 if the bidder is performing the majority of the work per NRS 338.139. If a Contractor would like to seek clarification from the Nevada State Contractor's Board, then they must do so ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. Question Deadline 10/15/2026 at 4:30 PM PT *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
