Scope of Work: Tenant Improvement Scope: Alteration of interior spaces to provide two (2) updated classrooms, one (1 ) updated lounge, new drinking fountains in the Multipurpose Room, eight (8) updated administration rooms, one (1 ) updated restroom, and the repainting of the exterior of the main school building. New STEAM + Media Center Building and Site Improvements Scope: Construction of new STEAM + Media Center building (approx. 5,000 SF), installation new play structures, construction of new masonry site wall, installation of new shade structure, installation of new fencing and pavement, and associated demolition and/or relocation of existing site features and structures. In addition, the Awarded Contractor shall include a minimum of five (5) hours per month of STEAM Requirements refer to STEAM Program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) - Exhibit A Additive Alternate #1 : Repaint the exterior of the two (2) portables.
