Street resurfacing project including pavement surfacing. The scope of the work includes excavation of existing pavement by cold-planing and the installation of new, hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement with emulsion tack, asphalt berm and related work at designated locations. - The Contractor will be required to furnish, install, and maintain short term temporary pavement markings within certain work zones for the duration of the project. These markings can be either a quick-drying paint, tape , or temporary raised pavement marker (TRPM's), and must comply with the U.S. Dept. of Transportation's Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Short-term markings will only be required on roads that remain incomplete by November 15, 2026, or by the end of the paving season, whichever comes first.
