Comprehensive redevelopment and historic rehabilitation of a three-story residential building, including housing program development, exterior modifications, and unit mix improvements. The City of Buffalo ("City") is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sale and redevelopment of the parcel located at 2 St. Louis Place, Buffalo, NY 14202. The property consists of five (5) residential units within a three-story Italianate brick structure, built in 1900 and located in the Historic Allentown neighborhood. The site is situated off Virginia Street, between Franklin Street and Main Street, and is near the Downtown Theatre District. Through this RFP, the City seeks a qualified developer or development team with the expertise, development credentials, financial capacity, and experience necessary to successfully redevelop the property into a mixture of market rate and workforce housing in accordance with the City of Buffalo Green Code Unified Development Ordinance ("UDO"). The property UDO is N-2R (Residential, 411 -Apartment).
