This PWS sets forth the minimum technical engineering, performance, installation and construction requirements, which shall be met by the contractor in fulfilling their obligation under this PWS. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, repair/ replacement parts and supplies, services and materials, except as specified here as government-furnished, for the engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of business Cable TV, Internet and Ethernet services on the United Sates Air Force Expeditionary Center (USAFEC) campus, this includes buildings 5656, 5651 , 5652 and 5650. USAFEC currently has Business Cable (CATV), Business Internet and Business Ethernet services. All current services are to remain at the same level of services currently being provided on the USAFEC Campus.Break-out of USAFEC accounts can be found in Appendix A. TheContractor shall perform maintenance of the infrastructure required to ensure CATV, internet and ethernet access is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Contractor shall be capable of providing service to government official users in the buildings identified above. The contractor will provide the best possible technical performance consistent with sound engineering and commercial practices.
