Kenosha County Center Interior Remodel The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to remodel interior sections of the Kenosha County Center, 19600 75th Street, Bristol, WI 53104. The project consists of the following: Interior remodel of seven (7) areas within the existing Kenosha County Center. The total area of the remodel will be approximately 17,000 sq/ft. The work will consist of demolition, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical and technology. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation , and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
