District HQ Lakeside Building Chiller Replacement The Florida Department of Transportation requires the services of an appropriately licensed and insured certified commercial air conditioning / mechanical contractor to provide everything required for the replacement of the existing Carrier Air cooled Chiller, located at the FDOT, District 6 Headquarters Lakeside Building, 1000 NW 111th Avenue, Miami Florida 33172. This turnkey project shall provide everything that is (or may be) required to safely and properly perform this work to the satisfaction of the Department, including but not limited to: 1.2.1 Installation of the new Carrier 30RB080 series Chiller Unit. 1.2.2 Any and all site reviews, engineering, permitting, acquisition, delivery/ freight / expediting , equipment handling, removal / disposal of existing units, installation, start up and commissioning of the new units, cleanup and the proper and legal disposal of all debris and trash resulting from this project to the satisfaction of the Department.
