The project consists of one ( 1 ) Base Bid, which includes roadway improvements to Richmond Avenue (from Riverside Avenue to the northern terminus). Road reconstruction, milling and paving, HMA overlay, base repair, curb installation, construction of ADA-compliant ramps, upgrading inlets with eco curb pieces, driveway replacement, and grading and drainage improvements for Richmond Avenue. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Doc note: Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Contract Documents by request upon proper notice to the above e-mail addresses. In the e-mail message, the contractor shall indicate if they request an electronic copy (PDF format) or paper copy. Electronic copies will be provided via e-mail at no charge. Paper copies will be provided after a non-refundable charge of $150.00 payable to Colliers Engineering & Design Inc. is received.
