Renovation of a multi-residential development in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Cabinets and Countertop Replacement The intent of this scope of work is to request documented quotes from vendors for removing and replacing the countertops and cabinets at our Emerald Group Home (5265 Miller St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 ). This building operates under the Wheat Ridge Regional Center and serves clientele with intellectual disabilities. The program would like to increase security and safety for staff and patients at this home by installing more secure and durable cabinets and countertops. Scope of Work o Remove existing countertops and cabinets and properly dispose off-site. Install new, solid wood cabinets in place of the existing. Plywood or particle board on any portion of the cabinet will not be acceptable. Install new marble countertops in place of the existing. o Properly caulk and seal cabinets and countertops so that they are secure. o Touch up any drywall or paint damage from demo and installation. o Repair any damages to plumbing from demo and installation.
