Renovation of an educational facility in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 83,104-square-foot educational facility.
All bidders must submit AIA Document A305-2020 Contractor's Qualifications Statement to be evaluated by the Owner and Architect prior to being issued plans and specifications. Bidders who do not submit the A305 Statement will be subject to disqualification. The A305 must show the Contractor's ability to complete the Contract in a satisfactory manner on projects of similar scope and complexity. References from past clients and projects must be included and will be verified. General Contractor's main office where work for this project will be completed shall be a permanent office located in the state of Georgia within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of the project site. This office shall have been in existence for no less than ten (10) years. The scope of work is to overlay the existing built-up Roofing system with additional insulation and a tpo Membrane roofing system.
