Site work for a development in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Replace HVAC systems for two tree coolers, including evaporator fans, refrigeration system materials, removal of humidifiers, updated lighting, and installation of a power outage notification system. Idaho National Forest North Districts Tree Cooler Repair/Replace Question Deadline 09/25/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Time - 1500 MST. Questions shall be submitted via email to adam.koepke@usda.gov This project is to replace the HVAC systems for two tree coolers located on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. Both tree coolers have outdated HVAC system that cannot be easily repaired and do not meet modern energy efficiency standards. The main goal of this project is to provide fully functioning tree cooler HVAC systems with associated evaporator fans and necessary materials for the refrigeration system . Other goals of this project are to remove all humidifier and associated parts, update lighting, and for the cooler located at Priest Lake Ranger District to have a notification system of a power outage due to ongoing power fluctuations at that location Tree Cooler 1 is located at the Bonners Ferry Ranger District at 6286 Main St., Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. Tree Cooler 2 is located at the Priest Lake Ranger District at 32203 ID-57, Priest River, ID, 83856.
