Digester Blower System Rehabilitation The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida ("CITY") is requesting Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submittals from qualified contractors to furnish and install the upgrades to the Digester Aerator Blower at the City Wastewater Treatment plant in accordance with the attached specifications. This will include: -Furnish and Install one new Hoffman Blower and motor with disconnect -Installation of piping and diffusers in Digester No. 1 -Cleaning and inspection of existing diffusers in Digester No. 2 -Necessary replacement of existing diffusers (approx. 96) -Furnish and Install replacement of existing Hoffman Blower (motor to be supplied by CITY) -Material removed from digesters to be disposed of at Camden County Landfill or other approved disposal site. Question Deadline 10/13/2026- Any questions regarding the ITB package can be directed to Wanda Weaks, Purchasing Specialist, wweaks@fbfl.org. The deadline for questions is ten days before bid opening.
