The Work required for this Project includes: Demolition, reroofing and waterproofing flashings for two buildings (5301 8th St E and 5216 7th St E, Fife WA 98424) with in-kind replacement for existing preengineered metal buildings using structural standing seam roofing over purlins Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Estimated cost range is $ 300,000 to $500,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Project is Limited in Scope and Does Not Alter Existing Usage, Height, Building Type, Size, Fire Suppression, Life Safety / Egress, Existing Impervious Surfaces, or Existing Drainage Patterns.
