Roof replacement work at the Ironton Metropolitan Housing Authority. 1. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper completion of the work needed for the roof replacement, as generally described in the drawings and specifications prepared by the Design Professional and included in the bid packet (all of which is also referred to as Contract Documents in this Instructions for Submitting a bid). 2. The Project is outside the scope of the statutory competitive requirements for Ironton Metropolitan Housing Authority. The Owner is requesting bids for costs to construct the Project for its consideration as described in these Instructions.
