Interior fit out of facilities including educational spaces, administrative offices, cafeteria and athletics. The total SFD appropriated scope area is equal to 191,662 Square Feet and has a capacity for 1200 Students. CCSD intends to also include enhancements to the project including a primary Gym , an Auxiliary Gym, Weight Room and Cooling capacity for the primary Gym . The total square footage for these enhancements is 20,500, bringing the building total to approximately 212,000 square feet. Phase 4 includes demolition of the existing approximately 300,000 sf high school after students and staff have relocated to the new high school. Phase 5 consists of site development, new parking lot and drives, landscaping and site amenities in the footprint of the former school to support the new campus functions.
