Sanitary sewer system rehabilitation including pipe bursting replacement of clay mains with 848-LF of 8-inch HDPE, sewer lateral replacement, and manhole rehabilitation. Water system improvements including installation of 530-LF of 6-inch C-900 PVC water main, connections, and laterals. Drainage improvements including installation of 945-LF of curb and gutter, 560-LF of 18-inch storm pipe, and 30-LF of 15-inch storm pipe. Work also includes curb inlets, grate inlets, roadway pavement overlay, sediment control, and grassing. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. SCOPE OF WORK The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Sanitary sewerage system rehabilitation including, but not limited to, replacing clay sewer mains with approximately 848-LF of 8" HDPE sewer mains using the pipe burst method as well as sewer lateral replacement and manhole rehabilitation. Water system improvements including, but not limited to, installation of 530-LF of 6" C-900 PVC water main, connecting to the existing system, and longside and shortside laterals. Drainage improvements including, but not limited to, installation of 945- LF of 24" roll-over curb and gutter, 560- LF of 18" storm pipe, and 30-LF of 15" storm pipe. The project will also consist of curb inlets, grate inlets, roadway pavement overlay, sediment control, and grassing. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. QA date - 10-22-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. The person submitting the request shall do so in writing and be responsible for its prompt delivery. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
